The project's initial goal was to upgrade the Meeting Room application, ensuring adherence to Apple's high design standards. The focus was to enhance user interfaces for intuitiveness and seamless interactions making the application responsive.

In the existing Meeting Room Application at Apple, users faced challenges with complex navigation and a lack of dynamic, interactive features. This was particularly crucial as the application was utilized by over 300 partners worldwide, making its ease of use and functionality paramount. Additionally, maintaining Apple's esteemed brand image while enhancing user interaction was essential, as the application was a reflection of the company's commitment to excellence in design and innovation.

The redesign focused on an intuitive interface with fewer clicks. Innovative chat functions enhanced global communication. The solution aligned with Apple's iconic brand, embodying elegance. Collaboration with diverse teams and partners led to a product fitting Apple's reputation and global reach.

Design Process
I began with an in-depth qualitative analysis, engaging with marketers to extract nuanced insights into their daily challenges. This phase informed design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
Apple's Design Standards: The design process began with a meticulous alignment of the application's interface with the renowned standards set by Apple.
User Feedback Integration: I incorporated feedback, especially from product managers, to identify and rectify pain points, such as chat functionality.

After understanding user persona and need. The chat functionality was added as sticky chat attached to particular version of upload file card as shown. There is note taking functionality and internal and external communication section for handling internal and partner communication separately.
