Whatsapp Reminder
This is a personal project I worked on within a timeframe of 2 weeks. Recognizing the potential of combining a cooking and recipes component into the existing Yelp ecosystem to enhance the community experience, I started to design Yelp Recipes.
Project Summary
PROBLEM
When a subscriber uses the device, the company has to inefficiently call all the family members one-by-one, Even caregivers communication gap leads to confusion and tension.
SOLUTION
An app for family members that instantly informs them of emergencies. Giving real time notification to all the members at the same time simultaneously helping them communicationg among the care circle helping them to quickly take informed decision in crucial times.

Goals
To test the current app prototype and redesign to help users seamlessly:
– Find new events
– Reserve spots for themselves and their friends
– Pay the musicians at the event
– Share events and invite friends
Design Process
EMPATHIZE
Went to various Groupmuse events and did user survey, in-depth interview, 75+ contextual enquiry and usability test of previous prototype.
DEFINE
Red Post- its - Groupmusers activity from discovering the event to post event.
Orange and Dark yellow post-its -Areas of Improvement and pain points.

VIRTUAL HAT PAGE
Created of a “Virtual Hat” page that attendees can either show as the hat gets passed, or click to play a brief applause sound clip
- Added the payment buttons instead of writing the amount to let people know that minimum pay is 10 $. It is found in research that people tend to opt for 2nd choice to look less cheap. So , people may tend to pay more that 10$ which is win win situation for musician and business.
- Designed “more payment button” after the payment is done once to Encourage more payments if someone changes the mind.
